1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of thearabiccalligraphygenerator.com ("the Site", "we", "us" or "our") and the browser-based tools and content made available through it.

By accessing or using the Site, including the Arabic Calligraphy Generator, Image Compressor and Image Resizer, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer.

2. Description of the Site and Tools

The Site provides free browser-based utilities intended for general creative and practical use.

  • Arabic Calligraphy Generator: helps users create digital Arabic-style name art and short-text designs using configurable fonts, colors, backgrounds, sizes, rotation and related settings.
  • Image Compressor: helps reduce image file size for practical uses such as web publishing, sharing, uploads and storage.
  • Image Resizer: helps change image dimensions to suit websites, profile images, social media, forms, presentations and other uses.

The tools may be updated, improved, replaced, suspended or discontinued at any time as the Site evolves.

3. Eligibility and General Use

You may use the Site only where doing so is lawful. If you are using the Site on behalf of a business, organization or other entity, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

The Site is intended for a general audience. If you are below the age at which you can legally agree to online terms in your jurisdiction, use the Site only with the involvement of a parent, guardian or other legally responsible adult where required.

4. Arabic Text, Transliteration and Calligraphy Accuracy

Arabic spelling, transliteration and visual rendering can vary depending on pronunciation, dialect, regional convention, context, font support and the text entered by the user.

The Site does not provide certified translation, linguistic, religious or professional calligraphy services. Generated Arabic text and digital calligraphic styles are provided for creative convenience and should be reviewed before important, official, religious, commercial or permanent use.

Before using generated text for tattoos, engravings, official documents, religious material, permanent signage, packaging or branding, you should have the wording reviewed by an appropriately qualified Arabic speaker or relevant specialist.

5. Image Compression and Resizing Results

Compression and resizing can change file size, dimensions, sharpness, metadata, color detail or perceived quality. The final result depends on the source image, browser, device and selected settings.

We do not guarantee that a processed image will meet the exact upload, print, platform, file-size or technical requirements of every third-party service. You are responsible for reviewing the output before using it.

You should keep an original copy of important source files before processing them through any browser-based image tool.

6. Browser-Based Processing

Where supported, some tool operations may be performed locally in your browser rather than on our own servers. Browser-based processing can depend on your device, browser version, memory, processor capability, local storage, file type and file size.

Large, damaged, unsupported or unusual files may fail to process or may produce unexpected results. We do not guarantee identical behavior on every browser or device.

7. User Content and Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the text, images and other material you choose to enter, open, process, transform or export through the Site.

You agree not to use the Site to process or create material that:

  • you do not have the right to use;
  • violates copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights;
  • is unlawful or intended to facilitate unlawful activity;
  • is defamatory, fraudulent or intentionally deceptive;
  • contains malicious code or is used to interfere with the Site; or
  • otherwise violates applicable law.

You remain responsible for determining whether your intended use of any generated or processed output is lawful and appropriate.

8. Ownership of Your Content and Generated Outputs

We do not claim ownership of the original images or text that you lawfully provide to the Site.

Subject to these Terms and any applicable third-party rights, you may generally use the images you generate or process through the tools for your own projects. However, the Site cannot grant you rights that belong to third parties.

For example, using a third-party logo, trademark, copyrighted photograph, font, artwork or protected name through one of our tools does not give you permission to commercially exploit that material.

9. Site Content, Code and Branding

The Site's original code, interface, layout, branding, logos, written content and other materials may be protected by copyright, trademark or other intellectual-property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, republish, resell, redistribute or create a competing service from substantial parts of the Site except where permitted by law or with our prior permission.

Normal use of the tools and ordinary linking to publicly accessible pages is not prohibited by this section.

10. Acceptable Use and Site Integrity

You agree not to:

  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, server, hosting account or related systems;

  • use the Site in a way that creates legal or security risk for other users or the Site.

11. Third-Party Services

The Site may rely on third-party services for functions such as fonts, analytics, advertising, input or transliteration suggestions, website hosting, performance measurement and external reference links.

Your browser may communicate directly with those providers when a relevant feature or resource is loaded. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

Where Google services are used, you can review the Google Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.

12. Advertising and Google AdSense

The Site may display third-party advertising, including advertisements served through Google AdSense. Advertising can help support hosting, maintenance and development of the Site and its free tools.

Advertisements are separate from our tool controls, navigation and editorial content. We do not require users to click advertisements to use the Site and we do not guarantee or endorse every product, service or claim appearing in a third-party advertisement.

Visitors should interact with advertisements only where there is genuine interest. Artificial, repeated, automated or encouraged ad interaction may violate advertising-provider policies.

For information about Google's publisher requirements, see the Google AdSense Program policies. Information about how Google uses data from partner websites is available at How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

13. Analytics

The Site may use analytics services such as Google Analytics to understand aggregate usage, page performance and visitor interaction.

Analytics providers may collect technical information according to their own terms and privacy policies. Please review our Privacy Policy for more information about analytics, cookies and third-party technologies.

14. External Links

The Site may include links to independent third-party websites for educational material, documentation, privacy controls or other resources.

We do not control external websites and are not responsible for their availability, content, privacy practices, security, products or services. A link does not imply endorsement of everything published by the third party.

15. Downloads and File Safety

You are responsible for reviewing any image or file exported from the Site before relying on it or deleting the original.

We do not guarantee that a generated or processed file will remain available after a page refresh, browser closure, device error, storage cleanup or other technical event.

You are also responsible for keeping your own device, browser and downloaded files secure.

16. Availability, Maintenance and Changes

We may modify, suspend, restrict or discontinue any part of the Site temporarily or permanently, including for maintenance, security, legal, technical or operational reasons.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, a particular uptime level or continued availability of every font, tool, setting, external API or third-party service.

17. No Warranties

The Site and its tools are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not make warranties that the Site will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every device, or suitable for every intended purpose. We also do not guarantee the accuracy of generated Arabic text, translations, visual styles, compressed images, resized images or third-party content.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Arabic Calligraphy Generator and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of, inability to use or reliance on the Site, generated text, processed images, downloaded files, external services or third-party content.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

19. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses or costs arising from your unlawful use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.

This section does not apply where such responsibility cannot lawfully be imposed.

20. Suspension or Restriction of Access

We may restrict or block access where reasonably necessary to protect the Site, other visitors, service providers or third parties from misuse, attacks, fraud, excessive automated requests or violations of these Terms.

21. Privacy

Our handling of information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you acknowledge that third-party services may process information according to their own policies when those services are used.

22. Disclaimer

Additional limitations concerning Arabic transliteration, religious content, tattoos and permanent use, image compression, image resizing, advertising and third-party links are explained in our Disclaimer.

23. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Site, tools, legal requirements or third-party services.

The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after revised Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

24. Governing Law and Mandatory Rights

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove consumer, privacy or other statutory rights that cannot legally be waived in your jurisdiction.

Where mandatory local law applies differently, that law will take precedence to the extent required.

25. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
